Positive: דירת קרקע נעימה ומרווחת, מושלמת לזוג עם ילד. סלון וחדר שינה נפרדים המעניקים פרטיות ונוחות. מיטה נפרדת לילד – יתרון משמעותי למשפחות. מטבח נוח ופונקציונלי עם מקרר בגודל טוב. מרפסת חביבה שמשלימה חוויית שהייה רגועה ונעימה. שימו לב לקחנו את הדירה מספר 1 שהיא היחידה בקומת קרקע. יש להם כמה דירות אם חשוב לכם כמונו קרקע אז תוודאו שלקחת את הדירה הנכונה. Negative: חסרון משמעותי עבורנו היה היעדר טלוויזיה בדירה. בנוסף, השכונה אינה ממוקמת באזור מרכזי, וההליכה לאזורים מרכזיים פחות נוחה עם עגלה, במיוחד עם ילד קטן.

Overall we recommend this place. Go for it! Positive: The Appartment has all necessary things starting with kitchen ending with bathroom amenities. Also it has little backyard. We loved everything about this place. I liked the idea of door code instead of traditional keys. I always used to be stressed about keeping keys safe during city tours, and in this Appartment it was simple. You just enter the code and it worked very well. Another thing I loved is the clear instructions and staying in touch from the managing company side. They are really professionals! Negative: Probably it’s a bit far from metro which is actually not that far if you are an adult and traveling without kids (10-15 min by walk). But if you have toddlers, this can be quite challenging.

Positive: Well equipmed kitchem, clean and pleasant accomodation. Quiet surroundings at the basement appartment. Good use of laundry machine and lockers. Prompt and friendly help from staff. Negative: Sometimes staff came in at 3-4 in the night and noise in the room next to basement appartment disturbed sleep. There was also a big cockroach in the basement terrace.
