Property and Common Areas

Please maintain peace and quiet in common areas such as the lobby and staircase, especially after 9:00AM.
Use the property in a proper and respectful manner.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. The apartment is equipped with smoke detection devices, and any non-compliance may result in a financial penalty.
Keep the apartment in good condition and report any issues promptly.
Moving the furniture from its original place is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are permitted.
Drilling, nailing, or fixing objects to the walls is not permitted.
Subletting or engaging in illegal or disturbing activities is strictly prohibited.
Do not leave trash, personal belongings or any objects in common areas (including cigarette butts, laundry, furniture, bags, etc.). Failure to comply may result in cleaning or removal charges.
Noise Monitoring: the apartment has a noise monitoring device. If noise levels exceed the permitted limit during quiet hours, an alert will be sent.

Check-out time is 11:00AM. All personal belongings must be removed by then to allow our staff to prepare the apartment.
Leave the apartment in good condition and tidy. All furniture must remain in the same position as it was found at check-in. Do not leave dirty dishes, cans, bottles, or trash. Please note that an additional cleaning fee of 60€/hour (sixty euros) may apply if extra work is required.
The property is not responsible for any personal items left behind.
If you wish to extend your stay, payment must be made in advance. The extension will only be confirmed once payment is received.
Late check-out without authorization will incur a penalty of €100 (one hundred euros).
