Positive: Die Lage, allgemein guter Zustand der Wohnung. Negative: Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet. Die Pfannen waren sehr zerkratzt (nicht zu benutzen), das Geschirr schlecht gespült und eine Kaffeemaschine (Filter) nicht vorhanden. Auch fehlten Trockentücher für die Küche.

It was a perfect place but the big negative point are the sound detection system. We would receive way too many messages and automatic calls to tell us that we were loud, when we really weren’t. It felt like “big brother is watching”. Communication with host good but everyday before the trip I would receive the same answer from them starting with :”I already answered that…” which doesn’t feel pleasant.

Owner did not disclose a “noise monitoring device” being in the apartment. Any noise above a quiet conversation triggered a chastising text to be quiet - and this was at 8pm from just a laugh. Messaged owner about displeasure of not being notified in advance and what constitutes a violation (we weren’t playing music or anything remotely loud) but received no response until after we checked out. Completely inappropriate
