Okay place, dismal service level, dystopian (& faulty) surveillance Positive: Good location, consistent with the description, clean. Negative: When we made the reservation via Booking, we specifically asked for a cot as we were coming with a baby. We were asked to fill a different form and mention this there as well, which I did. Still, when we arrived, no cot was made available to us. Regardless how we tried to contact the owner or the staff, we only received automated messages. No possibility to contact a real person for more than 36 hours whichever the channel used. We had to make arrangements for our baby to sleep the first 2 nights. Add to this a faulty noise detector leading to automated (and increasingly threatening) messages and phone calls while we sleep... To tell us we make too much noise. Good thing our phones were on "do not disturb" or this faulty system would have woken us up. Funny enough, we received multiple noise alerts on new years eve... Even though we were not in the apartment. If you don't have kids and don't need any human interaction, this should be OK for you. If you want to book with a family, I would definitely avoid.

Great location in a spacious quiet apartment Positive: Really good location within walking distance of Ostkreuz metro/train station as well as tram lines. Many good and affordable restaurants of diverse cuisines are nearby also, as well as supermarkets. Access to the apartment was easy and seamless. The room was spacious and clean and quiet and cool despite daytime temperatures being between 68-78 Fahrenheit / 20-25 Celsius. Appreciated the laundry machines including a dryer—you need to download an app to use it but that worked find. It was all great. Negative: Nothing

Fresh relaxing apartment! Positive: Loved the natural light Negative: A bit of a processes to figure out how to get into the property. But there was a very helpful person who helped us out in the end!
