Positive: Thanks Negative: When the booking was confirmed, I didn't receive a message with the apartment number or floor number, even though I requested them several times via chat. This caused me a problem when I arrived at the building in the middle of the night. Later, by chance, a guest helped me with that.

Positive: Comfortable room with all necessary things in it. Good and quick contact with staff. Useful lockers for check out. Negative: You should install bidette next to the toilet, more higenic and usefull. Especially that you have left all used paper in bin. Bed very comfy but sofa not.
