Positive: Ruim en licht appartement. Grieflijk ingericht. Leuke locatie met veel winkels en restaurants in de buurt. Ook speeltuintjes vlakbij. Negative: Er lag nog haar in de hoekjes van de badkamer. De ramen zijn niet afgewerkt . Er is geen dampkap.

Good place for a few nights stay Positive: It’s not very central but the downtown is easily reachable. There are several supermarkets (Lidl, Penny, Asian market) in the same street which is super useful. The apartment is well equipped for a new days stay. The bedrooms face to a playground but no noise is coming from outside. Negative: The floor is cracking, you can hear the upper neighbour walking around. The bathroom, the doors and the bedsheet (this should be changed) can be noisy too.

Comfortabel huis met een wat onhandige keuken Positive: - Comfortabel huis met goede wifi - Fijne bedden en ruime douche - In de slaapkamers bijna geen geluid van de straatkant te horen; ook van buren geen geluid gehoord - Heel goed bereikbaar met OV (bus, trams en S-bahn) - Veel haakjes en opbergmogelijkheden voor kleren - Veel stopcontacten, ook naast de bedden. Ook fijne leeslampjes bij de bedden - Mogelijkheid om gratis bagage op te slaan op de dag van aankomst en van vertrek, met heel veel ruimte - Grote koelkast, magnetron, waterkoker en een Nespresso Negative: - De keuken viel wat tegen: het koken is lastig omdat er geen aparte keukenlicht is, De twee inductiekookplaten schakelen zichzelf langdurig uit als ze te warm worden, wat al vrij snel gebeurt - Omdat er geen dop of zeef in de gootsteen zit en er geen afwasteiltje is, kan je alleen afwassen onder stromend water. Omdat er ook geen waterkering op het aanrecht is, werd het vaak nat op de vloer. - Op schijnbaar willekeurig momenten kregen we een sms-bericht dat er in huis teveel lawaai zou zijn, terwijl dat zeker niet het geval was. Navraag leerde dat de geluidsdetector ook harde geluiden uit het trappenhuis en van buiten meet en doorgeeft aan een centraal punt

Pros:- Good location, good transport links with lots of amenities nearby.- Apartment generally clean, basic provisions suitable for a short stay. We stayed for 12 days so had to buy extras to see us through. Spare towels and extra pillows were much appreciated.- Despite neighbouring apartments having parties, this was only noticeable in the stairwells so the apartment is well insulated noise wise.- Airy and well lit, pleasant decor, no air con but the 3 fans provided were a lifesaver in 36 heat!- Communication with the host was efficient and helpful when needed.- Check-in process was seamless, even at midnight.Cons:- The advert described the apartment as having a washing machine. On arrival we discovered there are shared washers/dryers down in the cellar across the courtyard, which required booking and cost 3 per wash. Having a washing machine in the apartment was one of main reasons we chose this place so it was disappointing that this wasnt the case.- The noise detector in the apartment is pretty intrusive/annoying. Even with normal levels of noise (which didnt wake our sleeping kids) we were regularly receiving automated texts/phonecalls, as well as the alarm on it sounding intermittently. As already mentioned, other visitors were having rave parties every night, but this was not even an issue as the sound doesnt carry, so these detectors dont seem necessary.Overall our stay was pleasant and suited our needs. Would revisit.
