Mooeve Boxi 21 - Top-floor Apartment with balcony

Wohnung in guter Lage mit wenig Comfort. Preis-Leistung nicht ganz angemessen. Positive: Super Lage, einfaches Self-Check-In Negative: Kein TV, Küche mittelmäßig ausgestattet, super hellhörig, Lautstärken-Sensor hat Alarm ausgelöst obwohl wir nur gesprochen haben. Außerdem wurde ein Stockwerk tiefer die Wohnung saniert und die Bauarbeiten starteten teilweise um 6Uhr morgens (was ebenfalls den Alarm auslöste, weil es sehr sehr laut war).

Apartamento muy confortable. Positive: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en todos los sentidos, muy limpio y una medida perfecta para 4 personas. Hay una habitación doble y en el salón dos sofas/cama. Pudimos dejar las maletas en el sótano del edificio que hay unas taquillas enormes a la llegada y el dia que nos marchamos. Todo muy limpio. Muy recomendable. Negative: Un pequeño problema con un radiador que perdia agua y hacia ruido pero se solucionó rapidisimo.

דירה נעימה ומרווחת במיקום מצוין בברלין Positive: מיקום מצוין, דירה נוחה ומרווחת ל3 נפשות, מצוידת בכל מה שצריך. תחנת אוטובוס וטראם ממש מתחת לבית, סופרמרקט ובתי קפה. יש נוף נחמד מהמרפסת ומעלית בבניין. Negative: הכלים בארונות בחלקם לא היו נקיים
